1Introduction & General Information

Zet Buzz (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Zet Buzz and its users ("you", "your").

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met in order to register an account and play on Zet Buzz:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be confiscated.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details may result in account closure.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification. This is part of our KYC process.
• The mobile number and email address provided during account registration must be verified.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Zet Buzz supports a range of mobile banking methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In some cases, this may take up to 15 minutes.
• Only deposit from an account in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• If you experience any issues after making a deposit, notify the support team within 24 hours and retain a screenshot of your payment.
• Deposits are non-refundable once made, but funds may be withdrawn.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply when making a withdrawal from Zet Buzz. Our withdrawal process is fully transparent and reliable.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals cannot be made if your balance is below this threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification is required to add a new payment number.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests for large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours pending investigation.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zet Buzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and may be claimed once per person.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10–30x must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.
• Both parties must be active platform users to qualify for the referral bonus.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information — is strictly prohibited.
• Zet Buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Gaming Rules

All games on Zet Buzz are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely fair and fully auditable.

• Each game has its own rules, which are clearly outlined within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the affected round will be considered void.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the stake will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; bets cannot be changed once the game is in progress.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the gaming software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Zet Buzz's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same individual's name.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing artificial bets or manipulating the bonus system to exploit bonus offers.
• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools within the gaming software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Zet Buzz reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms may result in immediate account closure.
• Large transactions may be temporarily placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically deactivated.
• If an account balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned through the designated process, subject to applicable conditions.

9Privacy & Data Protection
